Know thyself.
This dictum, inscribed upon the Temple of Apollo at Delphi, in Greece, expresses an experience, one that occurs in the never-ending moment, steeped in a continuous awareness of all realms of self in dialogue with the cosmos. If this dynamic is not in sync or ceases altogether, there is risk of running aground and wandering mindlessly.
Today, around 6:15 am, I awoke to soft April sunlight dissolving some internal clutter; and within cleared space, ancestral voices crossed realities and sang enduring Delphic wisdom into the resonance between my heart and brain.
It is a perennial labyrinth, always spiraling back in and out:
First, a threshold: an intentional pause, which, this time, started on the Full Libra Egg Moon early Sunday, when I contemplated opening to possibilities; seeing wounds not as problems, but as portals to greater understanding; and realigning with center.
Second, a clarifying wind: an eviction of stagnation to make room for higher vibrational frequencies.
Third, a bridge between worlds: a leap of faith upward from sediment into flowing waters, clearing my inner wellspring.
So, per my avian guides and some intuitive visual meditations, what awaits me when I mirror these steps in everyday life?
BLUEBIRD: joyful hope
HERON: serenity
SPARROW: freedom
OSPREY: union with inner power
Knowing self as the aware presence, I breathe and embody my unique prayer strand, a harp playing one of many musica universalis motifs after a profound semibreve rest.

I wish I could remember a life quiet point Alicia, it seems I am not to be blessed with so many but when a moment, for surely that is all it will ever be, escapes the clutches of my hectic everyday, I listen... and, in the listening comes learning. 🙏🏼
Yesterday was a wonderful day at the Swamp area with my dogs. Walk in the beautiful spring day after a hard very cold winter. The Herons were doing their mating dance and singing. A great block party...fun was had by all. I pray everyday that the evil doers will stop spraying poison in the air which kills everything and gave me asthma so I cannot breath without medication. The earth is beautiful and needs to be nurtured.
