Profound Silence

Slowing Down & Taking Root

Synopsis

Settle in and get comfortable, folks!

In this episode, I explore bogland as both door and medicine. Described as “silent” and “bleak,” these places slowly reveal an abundance of subtle color, texture, and life when one both deeply and fully engages all senses, INCLUDING intuition.

So, without further ado, let us dive in.

P.S. If you hear movement, I was tap-dancing around Brigit and Gracie, my two cats, as they played with their catnip toys.
